Negative Calorie Diet

Negative Calorie Diet Before reading the below I have to say negative calorie diet should not be used as a substitute for usual weight loss recipe. Negative calorie diet seems like a great way to help in those days when you can not help but observe diet. Name this diet will result in the wrong direction. No single food has zero calories. The name refers to results when digesting these foods. Theoretically this method were based on the idea that when you eat an apple for instance that contains approx. 50 calories, it is consumed for processing a certain amount of energy to extract the vitamins and nutrients in apples. Basically it consumes more than 50 calories. Calories varies from person to person. Some say that you can burn about 150% of apple calories. The outcome is that burn extra 25 calories every apple you digest. When the ear type of food digested body produces enzymes that separate enzymes contained in food. The negative calorie diet is believed to produce more enzymes than is necessary to separate the calories in food. Personally I have not tested the results of this diet. Could you tell me if this diet really works, however I think you can use these foods when you can not help but eat.
