Snack: carrot juice and 1 biscuit. Dinner: a cup of skim milk and a dried corn. The variety of the menu is ensured vegetables, fruit or juice, a little sugar and a little flour. Scheme of arrangement may be full of fruits and vegetables in season. Radishes and tomatoes you can substitute sour cucumber or apple. Without Apple, you call the cherries, lemons and spring are the ideal replacement. The total amount of fluid per day should not exceed 3-4 cups.
