Diarrhea

What is and what causes them?

The chair frequently, watery stool, unformed. It is generally caused by a viral or bacterial infection, inflammation of the bowel, lactose intolerance, food poisoning or some medications.
When to go to the doctor?

If diarrhea persists for more than two days, if abdominal pain is intense or if you or purulent bloody stool, nausea or fever.
Indications for daily life

Drink more water to prevent dehydration. Drink green tea is not too concentrated. Tea contains tannin, which helps to stop diarrhea. If it is a food poisoning, skip a meal or two and let the diarrhea collapse. If acute, eat easily digested foods - rice, soup, noodle soup, egg or chicken soup. Add Eating red dates, chestnuts. Take hot baths, full (except head) for 20 minutes. Be careful not scalding. Do not take hot baths if you are older or have heart problems. Take regular exercise. Check the medicines you take, because it is not diarrhea.
What should you do

Do not use or discontinue antibiotic treatment without medical advice. Do not eat fatty or spicy foods, cold and raw foods, including fruits and salads. Do not eat fried foods. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and dairy products except yogurt. Do not sit long in a damp place. Do not expose to temperatures lower abdomen.
Traditional Remedies

Eat steamed apple: Ingredients: apples. Preparation: March 1 hold in steam until soft. Eat one apple three times a day.

Green onions Salt: Ingredients: 500 g salt, 500 g green onions. Preparation: thinly sliced green onions, fry them slightly with salt and put them in a cotton cloth. Place the canvas on the navel and lower abdomen, twice daily. Be careful not to burn.

Food Therapy

Eat rice broth paducele: Ingredients: 30 g of rice, 15 g paducele, two slices of ginger, 15 grams of sugar. Preparation: Put ingredients in a saucepan, adding three cups of water, and boil 20 minutes. Divide the amount in three portions and eat one, three times daily for three days. Eat eggs in vinegar: Ingredients: 100 ml wine vinegar, 100 ml of water, two eggs in the shell, a spoon of sugar. Preparation: Place the eggs in vinegar and water and cook until they harden. Eat eggs and vinegar. Repeat for two days.
