Cholesterol

What is it and what are the causes?

Cholesterol means you have a problem with fat in the blood. You have too much LDL (low density lipoprotein), the so-called "bad" cholesterol. Eat twice a day, 7 g of garlic. If you begin to upset stomach, stop. You could eat a kiwi fruit a day. Or once a day, 15 g of sunflower seeds. Continue for a month. Drink juice, red bell peppers: Ingredients: Two red peppers. PREPARATION: Cut peppers in half, clean them and put seeds in a squeezer and a half cup of water. Put a few drops in juice, olive oil.
