Traditional Remedies

Place in a low box several tennis balls and rolled them under bare feet every five minutes, three times a day. Put your feet alternately, every five minutes in hot water (as you can handle) and cold water. Hit your heel slightly to 50 times a day with a large plastic bottle (of those for drinks).

Crossing your legs, the affected heel resting on the other thigh. Knead, rub and pinch your fingers for five minutes on the heel, concentrating on the painful point. Tap ten times that point with the heel. Then tap the area around ten times. Rotate the ankle of ten times clockwise, then reverse. Press gently with your thumb, ten times, point out the hollow behind the upper part of the talus, on the outside. Press gently with your thumb, 10 times, the recess behind the upper part of the talus into the interior. Press and knead gently with your thumb inside the point below the ankle, below the top of the talus. Gently press your thumb over the four fingers point at the internal side of the talus, just behind the tibia.
