Yogurt diet
You like locks and want to take off a few pounds without much effort? So here is a diet yogurt, with which you can give 5 days 2 kg without effort desavrasit expose your body!
Required:
- Regime you not more than 5 days;
- Besides liquids provided daily diet is necessary to drink plain water 1l / lemon / day;
- If you feel hungry eat an apple, a pear or a carrot;
