Diet brown bread and butter
In most diets says that you can not eat bread or fats such as butter!
Here we recommend you a diet for 5 days with bread and butter! This type of diet contains about 850kcal. If physical and mental efforts very large portion of the morning can grow with another slice of bread!
rules:
1 liter of tea for shock / day

Breakfast:
- 1 slice wholemeal toast with a little butter
- 200ml orange juice (fresh)
lunch:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- Eat peas with dill and tomato sauce
- March 1
dinner:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- 1 green salad with tomatoes
- 1 orange
Day 2:
Breakfast:
- 1 slice wholemeal toast with a little butter
- 1 boiled egg
lunch:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- Grilled fish with tomato salad
dinner:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- A seasonal salad with lean ham
Day 3:
Breakfast:
- 1 slice wholemeal toast with a little butter
- 1 grapefruit
lunch:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 salad
dinner:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- A grilled chicken leg
Day 4:
Breakfast:
- 1 slice wholemeal toast with a little butter
- 1 pear
lunch:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- 1 box cheese
- 1 red
dinner:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- 1 chicken breast
Day 5:
Breakfast:
- 1 slice wholemeal toast with a little butter
- 1 banana
lunch:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- 2 potatoes boiled in their shell with lemon juice
dinner:
- 1 slice of brown bread with some butter
- Grilled fish fillet + lemon.
